Getting there

Ekaterinburg is the large city in the heart of Russia, it is located in 1600 km (a 2 hour flight) east from Moscow. It is the capital city as well as the main financial, cultural, and scientific centre of the Ural region. Ekaterinburg is accessible by direct regular flights of a number of international airlines including Lufthansa, Aeroflot, Finnair, Czech Airlines, Turkish Airlines, and FlyDubai.

You can find the information about Ekaterinburg airport here Koltsovo airport.

Public transportation system is well developed in city as in many other Russian cities. Most part of citizens uses public transport every day. Public transport is rather clean and cheap (ticket costs 23 rubles and this price doesn't depend on the distance).
